Targeted Fascia & Meridian Release

Focused, hands-on treatment for stubborn muscle and fascia pain

This 30-minute session is designed for people who need precise, intensive soft tissue work — without committing to a full acupuncture treatment.

Using a combination of:

  • Gua sha

  • Cupping

  • Meridian-based myofascial release

  • Targeted muscle work

I address areas of restriction, adhesions, and tension patterns that contribute to pain and limited movement.
It is deliberate, therapeutic work designed to change tissue quality and improve function.

Who This Is For

  • People with localized pain (shoulder, neck, hip, low back)

  • Those who feel “tight no matter how much I stretch”

  • Athletes or active adults needing focused recovery

  • Patients who are needle-sensitive or prefer minimal acupuncture

  • Anyone wanting deeper manual work than a typical acupuncture session allows

What Makes This Different

This is not generic cupping or gua sha.

The treatment is guided by:

  • Meridian pathways

  • Pattern diagnosis

  • Structural relationships

  • How your pain presents and behaves

The goal isn’t just temporary relief — it’s changing the pattern driving the tension.

Session Length

30 minutes

Optional Distal Acupuncture Support

  • For those open to it, 2–4 strategically placed distal needles may be added to enhance circulation, reduce guarding, and reinforce the tissue work — without needling directly into the painful area

  • This approach often:

  • Speeds relaxation of tight structures

  • Improves range of motion

  • Helps results last longer

Stand-Alone verses adjunct during Acupuncture

As a stand-alone session:
This is a more intensive, focused treatment than when soft tissue work is used briefly during a full acupuncture visit.

As part of your care plan:
It can be paired with acupuncture treatments when specific muscle groups need concentrated attention.

For broader pattern-based treatment addressing both the root cause and symptoms, see about comprehensive  Acupuncture Treatments.
